Layer 1 networks refer to a base blockchain protocol. Examples of layer 1 networks are Bitcoin, BNB chain, and Ethereum.
Layer 2 networks refer to a separate network built on top of the Layer 1 networks. Examples of Layer 2 networks are Optimism, Arbitrum, Celo, and Polygon.
The Uniswap v3 Protocol is currently launched on the following networks - Ethereum, BNB chain, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Celo.
To move assets from the one network to another network, you’ll need to connect your wallet to a bridge and deposit funds.
There are many bridges, here are a few options you can use: Optimism Bridge, Polygon Bridge, Arbitrum bridge, Celo bridge, and BNB bridge.
For information on how to bridge tokens on different networks, please see the following:

Bridging assets will require a network fee. Network fees compensate the miners for validating your transaction on the blockchain. Network fees are non-refundable, even if the transaction fails.
