Connect your wallet to Layer 2 for cheap & near-instant transactions
Once you’ve deposited assets from Ethereum to Arbitrum, the next step is to connect your wallet to Arbitrum and start interacting with L2 dapps!
Connect to Arbitrum Automatically
The easiest way to connect your wallet to Arbitrum network is by visiting the Arbitrum Bridge. Click Add L2 Network
in the top right corner and confirm it in your wallet.

Your wallet should now be connected to the Arbitrum network. For more information, see the Arbitrum Bridge Tutorial.
Connect to Arbitrum Manually
Alternatively, you can manually add the Arbitrum network to your wallet as follows.

Visit to app.uniswap.org

Click on
Connect Wallet
to connect your wallet to Ethereum -
Open MetaMask and click on the network name at the top of the window

Click the
Custom RPC
button at the bottom of the network list. -
Enter the following network details.

Arbitrum Mainnet

New RPC URL:
https://arb1.arbitrum.io/rpc

Chain Id:
42161
-
Currency Symbol:
ETH
-
Block Explorer URL:
https://arbiscan.io/

Hit
save
and you will connect to the network.
You’re ready to go! When you visit app.uniswap.org, you should now see an Arbitrum banner and network badge.
Switch back to L1 Network
To switch back to L1, click on the network badge and select Switch to Ethereum
. Alternatively, open your wallet and select a different network using the menu from steps 3 and 4.
