My crosschain swap is taking longer than expected
Crosschain swaps involve bridging assets between networks, which can take longer than a same-network swap. Most crosschain swaps complete within a few minutes. If your swap has been pending for an extended period, check the transaction status in your activity tab. You can also view the bridging status through the Across Protocol explorer.
My crosschain swap failed or was reverted
If a step in the middle of a crosschain swap fails, you’ll be prompted to retry from the failure step instead of restarting from the beginning.
I don't see my tokens after the swap completed
Tokens from a crosschain swap are delivered to your wallet on the destination network. If you’re not seeing your tokens, make sure you're viewing the correct network in your wallet and that the tokens are supported by the receiving wallet. If the transaction shows as completed but you don't see your tokens, the bridging step may still be processing. Allow a few additional minutes for the tokens to arrive.
Swapping across networks is not yet supported for some tokens on [network]
Not all networks are supported for crosschain swapping. You’ll need to manually bridge tokens to the network and then swap for your desired token.
