What is Dapp Protection?
The Uniswap Wallet and Extension may now display connection and transaction warnings when you connect to dapps.
When you connect a wallet, you will be able to see the permissions requested by the dapp and the status of the connection.
When creating transactions with a dapp connected, you will be able to see decoded data. This will display the token amounts being sent and/or received, as well as warnings if transactions use an unverified contract or are potentially malicious.
What are the different warnings you may see?
When using the Uniswap Wallet on mobile, you may see both WalletConnect/ReOwn and Blockaid warnings based on your connection type.
When using the Uniswap Extension, you may see Blockaid warnings.

How are connection warnings created?
ReOwn uses its Verify API tool to provide connection warnings.
Blockaid uses its Dapp scanning API tool to provide connection warnings.
How are transaction warnings created?
Blockaid uses its Transaction Security API tool to provide connection warnings.
