Connecting the Uniswap Extension to other dapps

You can connect to other crypto dapps using the Uniswap Extension.

If you’re not able to connect to a dapp, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Refresh the dapp webpage.
   • For PCs: select Control + Shift + R on your keyboard at the same time
   • For Mac: select Command +  Shift +  R on your keyboard at the same time
   
2. Select “Metamask”.
   For example, when accessing OpenSea try selecting the “Metamask” option to login while the Uniswap Extension is open.
   
   
   
3. Uninstall other browser wallet extensions (Google Chrome help center).
   Other browser extension wallets can interfere with connecting to other site with the Uniswap Extension.
   
   
   
4. Clear the cache of your desktop browser.
   
   
   
5. Restart your device.
   
   
6. Make sure your browser is up to date.

If these steps do not work, the dapp may be unsupported. If a dapp does not support EIP 6963, then the Uniswap Extension cannot be connected.
