When buying crypto using MoonPay, there are minimum and maximum order amounts.
Minimum Order Amounts:
Most supported cryptocurrencies have a minimum order amount of $15.00 USD or equivalent in most local currencies.
ETH, USDC, USDT, and DAI have variable minimum order amounts based on market conditions.
Maximum Order Amounts:
The maximum order amount depends on which cryptocurrency you buy and the currency you use to purchase.
USDC on Arbitrum and Optimism has a maximum order amount of $10,000.00 USD. Other fiat currencies have maximum order amounts as listed below:
- $12,000.00 USD
- £9,000.00 GBP
- €10,000.00 EUR
- $16,000.00 CAD
When buying crypto, you will be notified on screen if your purchase is below the minimum or above the maximum order amount.
Your payment provider may put further limitations on your purchase size. We recommend either bank transfer or debit cards. Minimum and maximum purchase sizes may change as per MoonPay’s policies.
