If a transaction in your Uniswap Wallet has been pending for a long time, you can wait for the transaction to complete, or cancel the transaction.
Wait: Most transactions will complete within a few minutes. However, during periods of high network activity, a transaction may take longer.
Cancel: If your transaction is stuck on a pending state, you may be able to cancel it. Cancelling a transaction will submit an empty transaction with a higher network fee.
Cancelling a transaction will only work when there is not any more pending transactions. This is because the blockchain processes transactions in chronological order.
To cancel a transaction, follow these steps:
- Select “Activity"
- Select the transaction you would like to view
- Select "Cancel"
