If you have previously backed up your recovery phrase to iCloud or Google Drive in the Uniswap Wallet, you can restore your wallet from iCloud or Google Drive.
Your Uniswap Wallet iCloud or Google Drive backup password was set when the backup was created. Your iCloud and Google Drive back up password is not the same as the password for your iCloud or Google account unless you made it this way..
If you did not back up your recovery phrase to iCloud or Google Drive, then you will have to manually import the recovery phrase.
To recover your account from iCloud or Google Drive you will need:
- The Uniswap Wallet iCloud or Google Drive backup password for your recovery phrase
- A fresh install of the Uniswap Wallet.
To restore your wallet using an iCloud Backup or Google Drive:
- Select “Add an existing wallet”.
- Select “Restore a wallet”.
- Select a backup.
On Android, you will be asked to select the Google account attached to the backup.
On iPhone, if you have more than one iCloud backup, you will see a list of all of your backups. Select the backup you would like to restore.

Enter your iCloud or Google Drive backup password.
On Android: if you have more than one Google Drive backup, you will see a list of all of your backups. Select the backup you would like to restore -
Select the wallet addresses you would like to import then select “Continue”.
On Android: Enter your Google Drive backup password. -
Turn on push notifications.
On Android: Select the wallet address you would like to import then select “Continue”. -
Set up Touch/Face ID or Biometrics.
On Android: Turn on push notifications. -
Android only: Set up Biometrics.

Congratulations, you have now restored your wallet! Once your iCloud/Google Drive backup is recovered, all assets in the wallet will be available to swap and send.
